Return Policy
- Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
- Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are accepted within 5 days of delivery.
- You can exchange for a different size or color, subject to availability.
- Items must be in original condition with tags attached.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
- Our team will guide you through the process within 24-48 hours.
- Pack the item securely and ship it to our address provided by our team.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, your exchange or refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Refund Method
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- UPI / Bank Transfer refunds may take 3-5 business days to reflect.
