Return Eligibility We accept returns within 5 days of delivery, provided:
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- All tags and packaging are intact
- The item is not from our sale/clearance section
Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:
- Customized or stitched orders
How to Initiate a Return

- Attach clear photos of the item
- Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with further instructions
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
Exchange We offer exchanges for size or color issues, subject to availability. Please contact us within 5 days of delivery.
